Tristan Bullworthy

Tristan Bullworthy has extensive work experience in senior leadership positions within the recruitment industry. Tristan served as the Chief Operating Officer (APAC) at Hydrogen Group, where they were responsible for the growth and development of the company across the APAC region. Prior to that, Tristan worked at REED as the APAC Managing Director, overseeing a region with 150 sales and support staff. Tristan reported to the Global CEO and was in charge of the strategy and profit and loss management for the APAC region. Tristan also initiated the sale and managed the transition process of REED Asia to Argyll Scott before its acquisition by Hydrogen Group.
