Matthew Kane is the co-founder, CEO, and Head of Product at Hydrogen. Matthew has also served as managing partner at Morefield Partners and as an associate at Sailfish Capital Partners.
Kane got their start in the finance world as an intern at Bear Stearns from January 2005 to December 2005. Matthew then went on to found Hedgeable in April 2009, where they served as Co-Founder & Chief Ninja until July 2018. At Hedgeable, Kane led all product, design, UI/UX, development, and strategy initiatives.
Hedgeable is a company that automates sophisticated investing for busy people with as little as $1. The company is venture backed by Route 66 Ventures and the SixThirty Fintech accelerator started by the Square co-founder.
Matthew Kane has a B.S. in Finance/Engineering Entrepreneurship from Penn State University.
