Rafael Schmidt

Head of Business Development at Hydrogenious Technologies

Rafael Schmidt has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rafael started in 2012 as a Diplomant at EnBW. In 2012, they also joined Rödl & Partner as a Consultant in the Energy Industry, where they provided advice to energy companies on renewable energy investments. Rafael specialized in district heating, geothermal energy, photovoltaic, wind turbines, and energy storage. From 2016 to 2018, Rafael was the Head of the Planning Department at Stadtwerke Crailsheim GmbH. Following that, they worked as a Lecturer at Fachhochschule Weihenstephan Freising from 2015 to 2019. Since 2018, Rafael has been with Hydrogenious LOHC Technologies, initially as a Senior Business Development Manager and currently as the Head of Business Development.

Rafael Schmidt attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2006 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Rafael successfully completed the program and obtained a Diplom.
