Enrique Pla

Enrique Pla, currently the Director of LatAm Sales at Hydrolix since January 2025, has a diverse and extensive background in leadership roles across several prominent technology companies. Prior to Hydrolix, Enrique served as Area Vice President for LATAM at A10 Networks, overseeing secure application services in multi-cloud environments from August 2023 to January 2025. With a strong foundation in database technology from Enrique's tenure as Director of Latam Operations at Redis Labs, and significant contributions to cybersecurity during Enrique's time as Vice President at Imperva, the career also includes impactful roles at AppSense and Citrix Systems, where strategic market expansions were achieved. Enrique's early career at Nortel Networks involved managing substantial professional services and enterprise sales, further complemented by engineering and teaching experience in telecommunications. Enrique holds degrees in Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico and Telecom & Data Networks from the University of Miami.
