Theron B. has extensive work experience in the field of technology consulting and engineering. Starting in 2004, Theron founded Ruthlessly Practical LLC, a technology consulting company that provides services across various industries. Theron has worked on projects ranging from enterprise-grade cloud services to small-scale virtualization solutions. Theron's expertise lies in designing sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

In 2007, Theron worked as a Linux Systems Administrator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where they were responsible for maintaining and updating Unix systems. Theron successfully migrated legacy systems and services to a standardized architecture and implemented a clustered storage system using commodity hardware.

Theron also gained experience in the healthcare industry as a Unix Systems Engineer at Providence Health & Services from 2011 to 2015. In this role, Theron's focus was on supporting Unix and Linux systems, particularly in relation to healthcare applications.

From 2016 to 2019, Theron worked as a Linux Engineer for the National Weather Service Alaska Region, where they played a vital role in maintaining and deploying Linux and storage infrastructure. Theron became a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in March 2009.
