Todd Adams

Todd Adams is an experienced water and wastewater management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Water and Wastewater at Hydromax USA since December 2025, Todd has previously held significant positions including Regional Operations Manager at Alliance Water Resources and ESG at Inframark. Todd's extensive background includes serving as Regional Manager and Deputy Director of Field Operations at the Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority, where oversight included more than 1,200 miles of water lines and comprehensive field operations management. Prior experience at Veolia as Networks Manager and Project Manager provided a solid foundation in operations and maintenance, regulatory compliance, and budget management across multiple states. Todd has consistently worked to improve safety and operational processes while managing significant teams and collaborating with key stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
