Thu Nguyen

Thu Nguyen has nearly 20 years of work experience in various customer success and operations roles. Starting in 1999, Thu worked at Applied Biosystems as a Global Services District Senior Manager, where they were responsible for restructuring and leading a revenue-generating services organization. Then, in 2009, Thu joined Pacific Biosciences as the Head of Customer Support, where they built a scalable support infrastructure and created a strategic roadmap for a worldwide technical support organization. After that, Thu worked at Fuze Box as the Director of Global Customer Support, leading and growing support operations for SaaS products. They also implemented processes to provide 24/7 global support and integrated cloud-based CRMs. Thu then moved on to Granicus, Inc. as the Director of Managed Client Services & Support, where they led multiple teams and contributed to the retention and renewal of over 1,000 customers. In 2015, Thu joined Science Exchange as the VP of Customer Success and Customer Operations, spearheading the implementation of customer success strategies and managing partnerships with biopharmaceutical companies. Thu then worked at SalesHood as the VP of Customer Success & Operations, architecting customer success programs to drive growth at the SaaS startup. Following that, Thu worked at Simple Marketplace as the SVP of Operations, overseeing various functions and driving channel acquisition and customer base growth. Thu's most recent role was at Whil as the Vice President of Customer Success & Support, where they achieved a successful exit. Currently, Thu is working at HydroPoint Data Systems as the SVP of Customer Success & Operations.

Thu Nguyen has a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Genetics & Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Thu also holds a Stanford Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Mindful Leader certification from Whil in the year 2020. Thu Nguyen also has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley.
