Hunt Xu is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently at Hydropool Hot Tubs & Swim Spas since March 2022, Hunt previously held engineering roles at Polycon Industries Inc and Linamar Corporation. Early career experiences include positions at Mosaic Manufacturing Ltd as an Assembly Technician and as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Notable engineering projects include designing a Mass Properties System brake for the Canadian Space Agency and developing a Hydrothermal conversion reactor. Hunt holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where relevant academic projects involved extensive use of Solidworks and GD&T principles.
