Katharina Burdorf is a professional with extensive experience in product management, particularly in the food industry. Currently serving as Team Lead Product Management at Hydrosol since November 2016, Katharina has also held roles such as Product Manager for Dairy & Deli and Assistant Product Management. Previously, Katharina worked as a Product Manager for Dairy, Deli & Egg Alternatives at Planteneers from September 2020 to February 2023 and completed a Master's thesis project at Hydrosol in 2016. Additional experience includes an internship and Bachelor's thesis project at HERZA Schokolade GmbH & Co. KG. Katharina's educational background includes a PhD candidacy at the University of Vechta focused on Business and Ethics, a Master of Science in Food Science from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Ecotrophology from the same institution, and a Master of Science in Global Health from Karolinska Institutet.
