Ruben Baumann

Ruben Baumann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO of Hydrotechnik GmbH since 2023, Ruben oversees a market-leading company in industrial measurement technology. As CEO of RM8 Capital GmbH since 2021, Ruben specializes in strategy consulting, business development, and mentorship. Previously, Ruben held the position of CEO at KP Family International GmbH and Group CEO at Hauck Group, where significant contributions were made to the juvenile retail and brand sectors. In earlier roles at CYBEX, Ruben served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and held multiple sales leadership positions, significantly impacting global sales across 130 countries. Ruben's career began at Brose Bamberg, where management of events and sponsorships contributed to the club's success. Ruben is an alumnus of the University of Bayreuth.
