Sameh Obya is a seasoned contracts and procurement professional with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industries. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Engineer at Hydrotek Engineering Company since September 2020, Sameh manages subcontract drafting, negotiation, and compliance, while providing guidance on contract terms across departments. Prior roles include Procurement & Contracts Engineer at Al-Hamra Kuwait Company W.L.L. and Civil Engineer at Al-Ezz International General Trading & Contracting. Sameh holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Tanta University and is pursuing a Professional Diploma in Contract Management and Administration at The American University in Cairo, complemented by a Certificate in International Commercial Contracts Management from the International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute.
