Julian Davis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they co-founded and served as the President of the San Diego branch of Resurf, a non-profit organization focused on providing surfing programs to underprivileged children globally. Julian successfully established programs in Mexico, Hawaii, and South Africa and led fundraising efforts.

In 2018, Julian co-founded SleepSurf, a startup that offered air mattress rentals for students hosting friends. Julian built a trusted brand on campuses, expanded the business to three universities, and generated over $10,000 in revenue by serving hundreds of customers.

From June to August 2019, they worked as a True Entrepreneur Corps (TEC) Fellow at True Ventures, and also held a position as a Performance Marketing and Product Intern at Hatch during the same period.

In July 2019, Julian founded and served as the CEO of Simbeos until December 2020.
