Eric Massak

Eric Massak is a seasoned business intelligence professional with extensive experience in data analysis and reporting across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Hydrow, Inc. since May 2023, Eric previously held various analytical roles at Sprinklr, Amazon Web Services, Toast, Inc., and Experian Data Quality. At Sprinklr, Eric contributed to pre-IPO initiatives and developed key performance indicator dashboards. Eric's career also includes significant achievements at Toast, where automated reporting was introduced, and at Experian Data Quality, focusing on performance optimization.
