Matt Lehrer

CXO at Hydrow

Matt Lehrer is the current CXO at Hydrow. Prior to their current position, Matt Lehrer served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints Indoor Rowing Championships from September 2011 to August 2017. Matt's primary responsibilities included overseeing all financial aspects of the organization and being a voting member of the Board of Directors, making strategic decisions regarding the World Indoor Rowing Championships. In addition, Matt Lehrer also worked as a Business Analysis Intern for University of California, Berkeley's Athletics Department from August 2010 to April 2011 where they were responsible for assisting the athletic department CFO and crosschecking donor files and reports.

Matt Lehrer has a B.A. from Denison University in an Individually Designed Major and an MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. Matt is certified by USRowing in Level Three Coaching Certification and by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS).

Their manager is Bruce Smith, CEO & Founder. They work with Adam Craft - CPO, Mike Wyman - CFO, and Dan Dunn - COO.
