Victor Bian

Victor Bian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, healthcare, and startup environments. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at HydroX AI, a Silicon Valley AI security startup, Victor plays a key role in developing a platform for safe AI usage. Prior to this, Victor co-founded and led Allay Health as CEO, creating a care delivery platform for gastrointestinal disorders. Victor has also contributed as a mentor at the University of Washington's CoMotion Lab, held a senior associate position at Intellectual Ventures focused on technology and healthcare investments, and interned at Temasek in healthcare and biotech investment. Earlier research experience includes a fellowship at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Victor holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rhodes College.
