Jeff Metcalf

Jeff Metcalf is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in collaboration and communication systems. Currently serving as a Senior Collaboration Engineer at Hye Tech Network & Security Solutions, LLC since January 2017, Jeff previously held the position of Unified Communications Administrator at LifeLock from September 2015 to November 2016. Jeff's career began at Cox Communications, where Jeff worked as a Client Systems Support Tech from May 2003 to March 2015. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Paradise Valley Community College.
