Austin Condit

Austin Condit serves as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Hyer Boots since December 2023, focusing on creating top-quality footwear. Additionally, Austin is an Independent Western and Work Footwear Consultant at Condit Consulting LLC, specializing in merchandising strategy and business management. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Ariat International as Senior Director for Men's Western and Outdoor Footwear, and earlier roles such as Marketing Intern at Pro Equine Group, Supervisor at Western Concepts Co., Project Manager at Gibbs Ranch, and Manager at Western Concepts Vineyard. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness & Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attained in 2008, after graduating from Santa Ynez Valley Union High School in 2004.
