Iulian (Julian) Circo

Iulian (Julian) Circo has a long and varied work experience. Iulian (Julian) began their career in 2000 with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in various humanitarian missions. Iulian (Julian) then served as Head of Office in Somalia and Project Lead in Cambodia. In 2008, Circo became Country Representative for Population Services International (PSI) in Mozambique and Swaziland. Iulian (Julian) then served as Founder and CEO of Triggerise from 2014 to 2017, and Co-Founder of Proof of Impact in 2017. In 2019, they became an Advisor for Intellectual Ventures, and in 2020 they became Co-Founder of Hyfe, the world's most advanced AI acoustics diagnostic tool. In 2022, Circo joined the Board of Directors for dHealth - Blockchain for Healthcare. Iulian (Julian) also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Lykke from 2017 to 2020.

Iulian (Julian) Circo obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights from Central European University between 2000 and 2001.
