Nadia Varian, PMP

Nadia Varian, PMP has worked in various roles throughout their career. Nadia began their work experience in 2007 as a Receptionist for Mt. Rushmore Resorts Room Reservations in the Work&Travel program. In 2010, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant at the Ternopil State Medical University, where they taught subjects such as European standard of computer competence, Medical Informatics, Medical informatics and Information technology in pharmacy, and Biophysics in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

In 2012, Nadia began working at ELEKS as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for project engagement, planning, team acquisition, organization of effective communication chains, risk analysis, and generating risk logs. Nadia also worked on multiple projects for two big US retail companies at Grid Dynamics as a Delivery Manager.

In 2019, Nadia joined SoftServe as a Project Manager/Scrum Master. In this role, they were responsible for taking part in project release and Sprint planning, creating release roadmaps, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring and controlling teams performance, and developing project documentation.

Currently, Nadia is a Project Manager/Scrum Master at Hyfe since 2021.

Nadia Varian has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Sciences from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj'\u200b Technical University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2009. Nadia also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science, 4.2 from the same university, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. In 2006, they obtained a CCNA from CISCO Academy. Additionally, they have obtained a PMI PMP from the Project Management Institute in December 2017 and an ICAgile Certified Professional from Ciklum ApS in September 2013.
