Mark Wagner is currently the Managing General Partner at Hyla Fund Management, specializing in digital currency and Blockchain investments. With previous experience as the Chief Financial Officer at Dr Hops Kombucha Beer and as the Acting CFO at OpenROV, Mark has a strong background in finance and fund management. Mark has also held positions such as Treasurer, CFO & Fund Manager at Global Success Fund and Chief Financial Officer at the Kapor Center. Mark's expertise in SEC reporting and financial consulting has been further developed through roles at PayPal, Inc., The Siegfried Group, Zhone Technologies, and PKF, LLP. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
