Lee Harper

Lee Harper is an experienced finance and operations leader with extensive expertise in nonprofit management and education. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & Operations at Hyla School, Lee Harper also operates Lee Harper Consulting, providing strategic solutions for nonprofit organizations. As Owner & Trainer at Three Hounds Dog Training, Lee Harper has developed a results-oriented dog training business. Previous roles include Executive Director positions at Kitsap Humane Society and Phinney Neighborhood Association, alongside teaching adjunct courses at the University of Washington and Seattle University. Lee Harper holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by certification from the Karen Pryor Academy for Animal Training & Behavior.
