Bianca Anderson, MAIO

Bianca Anderson, MAIO has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Bianca began their career as a Psychology Intern at Standard of Care Psychological Services in 2014. In 2016, they joined Cardinal Health as a Sr. Sales Support Coordinator and Customer Order Rep, II. In 2020, they moved to Keys Medical Staffing and Services as a Human Resources Manager. Bianca is currently an HR & Employee Engagement Specialist at Hylaine.

Bianca Anderson, MAIO has a diverse educational background. Bianca completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Savannah State University between 2010 and 2014. Bianca then went on to obtain a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University in 2019. Additionally, they have two certifications: Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2022, and Training Development from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), obtained in September 2019.
