Rod Miles

Rod Miles has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. In 2007, they began their career at Walmart as a Senior Engagement Manager in the Office of the COO. In 2012, they joined PwC as a Senior Manager Strategy and Technology in the CIO Advisory. In 2015, they moved to HP as a Merger and Acquisition Lead in the Office of the COO. In 2017, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as the CVP Finance Technology in the Office of the CFO. In 2018, they joined Fiserv as the Chief of Staff in the Division CIO and Global Technical Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hylaine as the General Manager & Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, they focus on providing and creating value for the C-Suite, including business models, aligning technology with business strategy, and creating a data-to-value ecosystem. Rod has also developed a technology model to help organizations innovate, architect, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Rod Miles obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. Rod then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Finance and Strategy. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Marketing Certification from Columbia University in Marketing. In 2021, they obtained a Digital Product Management certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Scrum Master Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
