Sierra Lanier is a Senior Employee Engagement Partner at Hylaine, an IT consulting firm focused on project-based technology solutions. Prior to their current role, Sierra worked as a Communications Coordinator and Executive Assistant at The Epiphany School of Charlotte, a Human Resources Administrator at Capital Bankcard South, and held various roles at Camp Twin Lakes focusing on event coordination and program management.
