Colleen Sirhal RN, BSN, CPHIMS is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in customer success and clinical leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Customer Success and Chief Clinical Officer at Hyland since January 2016, Colleen leads global initiatives for Hyland Healthcare. Previous roles include Chief Clinical Officer and Customer Success Leader, as well as Director of Global Healthcare Consulting and Customer Advocacy at Hyland Software from 2003 to 2011. Earlier positions include Healthcare Solutions Manager, Solutions Architect, and Project Management at Applied Systems from 2001 to 2003, and Director of Implementation & Support at SMS from 1995 to 2000. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, earned between 1990 and 1994.
