Dipanjan Mukherjee

Dipanjan Mukherjee is a seasoned Technical Writer with extensive experience in creating and managing technical documentation across various industries. Currently serving as Technical Writer 2 at Hyland since November 2020, Dipanjan is responsible for writing, editing, and maintaining documentation for healthcare and IBPA software products, while collaborating with subject matter experts and utilizing tools like IxiaSoft and Madcap Flare. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical Writer at Ingram Micro Cloud from June 2016 to October 2020, where Dipanjan managed publication projects, developed online help, and produced customer-facing documentation. With a background in content development across multiple organizations, including Four Loops Solutions and Softz Solutions, Dipanjan also has a strong educational foundation in English, holding a B.A. from the University of Calcutta and an M.A. from Rabindra Bharati University.
