Felipe Oliveira

Felipe Oliveira has extensive experience in technical support, currently serving as a Cloud Support Analyst at Hyland since December 2018, providing remote and on-site technical assistance for OnBase software to critical business clients in both English and Portuguese. Prior work includes roles as a Technical Support Analyst at Hyland from February 2015 to November 2016 and internships with IBM, where responsibilities encompassed SLA reporting and customer satisfaction analysis. Felipe's early career included various projects as a Young Apprentice, focusing on equipment testing and support ticket management. Felipe holds a degree in Cyber Security from FIAP (2022) and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from FIAP (2016), along with technical training in Electronics from Fundação Instituto Tecnológico de Osasco (2013).
