Paulina Carnes has over 15 years of experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Senior Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Hyland since March 2015, managing a territory of $18 million in annual recurring revenue across notable organizations, including a major global e-retailer and a leading US bank. Paulina's career includes several roles at Hyland, such as Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where a strong focus on customer outcomes and value-driven strategies has been demonstrated. Prior to Hyland, Paulina held various sales positions at AT&T, where achievements included exceeding sales quotas and receiving several awards for sales performance. Paulina began a career in account management with Proforma Vision Marketing and also gained experience through an internship at the International Trade Assistance Center. Paulina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Wright State University.
