Renu Varshneya

Renu Varshneya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Director of Research and Development at Hyland, overseeing the creation of a cloud-native Content Lake for actionable intelligence. Previously, Renu held senior roles at Workday, including Sr. Director of Software Development Engineering for Adaptive Planning, where leadership was provided to develop a scalable In-Memory Compute Engine. At Teradata, Renu contributed as Sr. Director Software Development for Advanced Analytics, managing a substantial global team to enhance the company's analytics platform. Renu's earlier experience includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on SQL databases and optimizers. Renu holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, along with advanced degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee.
