Chris Pudvan

Chris Pudvan, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2022, they joined Hylant as the Employee Benefits Specialty Operations Lead. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2022, they worked at Paramount Health Care, where they held various positions. These included Manager of Wellness and Product Development from March 2021 to November 2022, Team Leader of Underwriting and Product Development from July 2019 to March 2021, Product Development Coordinator from February 2018 to July 2019, Analyst II from November 2016 to February 2018, and Business Analyst from April 2015 to November 2016. Before joining Paramount Health Care, Chris worked at Meijer from 2005 to 2015 as a Foods Line Leader.

Chris Pudvan, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Leadership from The University of Toledo between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from the same institution from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Chris holds certifications in Accident and Health and Life from the State of Ohio, which they obtained in January 2023.
