Jeannie Hylant

Jeannie Hylant has extensive work experience in the insurance and franchise industries. Jeannie began their career in 1980 at Hylant as an Executive Vice President, where they provided guidance on coverage issues and market opportunities for clients in the Franchise & Hospitality segment. Jeannie also designed and placed insurance programs for private colleges, universities, and community colleges. In 1982, they took on the role of Controller at Hylant until 1989.

In 1989, Hylant joined the Hylant Group as a Manager of Personal Insurance and later became Vice President - Programs in 1993. In their role as Vice President - Programs, they developed insurance programs for franchise systems and affinity insurance businesses across the nation, with a focus on providing value to franchisor partners. Jeannie held this position until 2002.

In 2013, Hylant became a Partner at Revolutionary Styles, LLC, a franchisee of Sola Salon Studios. In this role, they provided an upscale private salon working environment for stylists, nail technicians, and massage therapists who wanted to work for themselves. The studios were individually styled and offered 24/7 tenant access.

Prior to their insurance and franchise career, Hylant worked as a Sales Associate at Lion Store from 1974 to 1978.

Jeannie Hylant attended Ottawa Hills High School from 1971 to 1975. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Physical Education at Indiana University Bloomington from 1975 to 1979. Apart from their formal education, Jeannie also obtained a certification as a Certified Insurance Counselor from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, although the specific date of certification is not provided.
