Laura Lange has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and employee benefits. Laura started their career in 2000 as a Benefits Coordinator at MTS Seating, where they managed employee benefit records and provided general office and production support. Laura then became an Employee Services Supervisor, responsible for overseeing HR activities and promoting communication in the company.

In 2004, Laura joined United Collection Bureau as an HR Director, reporting directly to the President and Board of Directors. Laura managed all areas of HR and payroll for the collection agency. After a year, they moved to Principle Business Enterprises as an HR Manager, reporting to the CFO. Laura focused on creating an exceptional work experience and implemented company policies.

Laura then worked at LTCCORP as a Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Director of HR. Laura prepared governmental reports and developed annual AAP plans. Laura later became the Director of Human Resources, assuming leadership responsibilities and retaining their previous role and responsibilities.

In 2014, Laura joined Brooks Insurance Agency as an Account Executive and Employee Benefits Supervisor. Laura acted as a liaison between clients and carriers and provided strategic account management. Laura also nurtured client and carrier relationships and served as a consultant in areas of compliance, employee benefits, and HR-related issues.

In 2016, Laura joined USI Insurance Services as an Account Executive and Employee Benefits Operations Leader. Laura held this role until 2018 when they joined Hylant as the Corporate Client Service Leader for Employee Benefits.

Laura Lange attended Strongsville High School from 1988 to 1991. Laura then went on to Bowling Green State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree between 1991 and 1995. The specific field of study for their BA degree is unknown.
