Jorma Seabourne

Jorma Seabourne has worked in a variety of roles in the past. Jorma began their career in 2005 as a Logistics Co-ordinator/In House Accounts Manager at Nefab. In 2006 they joined NYK Logistics as a Business Planning Graduate for Aston Martin. From 2008-2017 they were employed at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd in various roles including Senior Manager - Powertrain, Engines & Engine Programmes, Programme Lead & Senior Buyer, Purchasing - Engines, Programme Lead - DB11 & Engines, and New Model Launch Co-ordinator. From 2017-2019 they worked as a Development Manager - Football Footwear Innovation Seasonal Lead at adidas. Most recently, they have been the Head of Product and Operations at Hylo since 2022.

Jorma Seabourne obtained a BSc (Hons) in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University between 2002 and 2005. Prior to this, they completed a FY BEng in Science & Engineering Foundation Year at Loughborough University between 2001 and 2002. Jorma also obtained A-Levels in Maths, Physics, Design & Technology, and General Studies from St Augustines RC High School between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, Jorma Seabourne obtained a Whole Life Costing certification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply in January 2013 and an Accredited Graduate Scheme certification from the Chartered Institute of Logistics (CILT) in December 2007.
