Vaishali Kapoor

Vaishali Kapoor has a diverse work experience in industries such as artificial intelligence, real estate, event management, and aviation. Vaishali started their career as a Cabin Crew member at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd., where they maintained aircraft cleanliness and safety, provided passenger comfort, and resolved issues. Vaishali later became an Inflight Supervisor, overseeing operations and participating in training programs.

After their aviation career, Vaishali worked as a Freelance Event Manager, planning and executing events for clients of various scales. Vaishali managed budgets, coordinated with clients and vendors, and conducted post-event evaluations.

Vaishali then transitioned to the real estate industry as an Assistant Manager-CRM at M3M India Private Limited. In this role, they resolved operational issues, collaborated with various teams, conducted research, and stayed updated on industry trends.

Most recently, Vaishali served as a Client Success Associate at Hyly.AI, specializing in the property management industry. Vaishali ensured client outcomes, understood their needs, developed success strategies, oversaw onboarding, and maintained client relationships. Vaishali also played a key role in product rollouts, tracking success metrics, and delivering exceptional service.

Vaishali Kapoor completed their BA Honours degree in Political Science and Government from Delhi University between the years 2013 and 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera and Google Digital Garage in April and May of 2023.
