David is an Actuary and Senior Investment Consultant who has been with Hymans Robertson for over 19 years. David is Hymans Robertson's Chief Investment Officer, responsible for setting and overseeing the investment research agenda.
David is also responsible for developing the investment services and strategic investment proposition for public sector clients. He currently advises a number of the private sector and LGPS funds across the whole range of investment services and ensures the clients benefit from the latest strategic thinking.
