Ryan Day, CPA, CGMA has over 25 years of work experience in various financial roles. Ryan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Hynes Industries since May 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Glunt Industries Inc. from November 2014 to May 2017. At Glunt Industries, they were responsible for financial and administrative functions and successfully implemented a financial turnaround for the equity sponsor. Ryan also played a key role in the acquisition of assets of a competitor and led the ERP selection and implementation project.

Before joining Glunt Industries, Ryan worked as the Plant Controller at Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc. from July 2012 to November 2014, where they were responsible for developing the accounting and management function for a green field facility. Ryan was also the Plant Controller and Accounting Manager at RTI International Metals from September 2008 to July 2012, where they managed accounting processes and staff.

Ryan started their career as an Accountant at Stabi, Burnett and Company in 1998 and later worked as a Supervisor at Hill, Barth & King LLC from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Representative at Elliott's Western Reserve Nursery and Garden Center from 1992 to 1998.

Prior to that, they graduated from Western Reserve High School with a High School Diploma in 1994. In addition to their formal education, Ryan Day has also achieved several certifications including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Accountancy Board of Ohio - State of Ohio, and the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) accreditation from the AICPA. Ryan also holds the prestigious Eagle Scout title, awarded by the Boy Scouts of America.
