Giacomo Filippo Porzio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Giacomo Filippo is currently the CEO of Hyntelo, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to becoming CEO, they were the founder of Sixth Sense, which later became Hyntelo, from July 2015 to May 2022. In addition to their current role, they are also a founder of Lyriko since November 2021.

Earlier in their career, Porzio had an internship at Procter & Gamble as an Outbound Logistics Intern, where they introduced a new metric to measure truck fill rates for P&G hauliers in Italy. Giacomo Filippo also completed an internship at ISES - International Solar Energy Society. Additionally, they worked in sales at Gucci.

Giacomo Filippo Porzio's education history begins in 1998 when they completed their high school education at Liceo Classico Michelangiolo in Florence. Giacomo Filippo then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy and Environmental Systems (Mechanical Engineering) at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2003 to 2007.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Giacomo obtained additional certifications including the TOEFL Internet Based Test from ETS in July 2007 and the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in June 2002. In January 2009, they obtained the Energy Manager certification in the industrial thermal sector from Regione Toscana.

Giacomo continued their education with a Master of Science double-degree in Energy Engineering, which they completed at Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2007 to 2009. As part of their master's program, they also studied at Cranfield University from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Process Systems Engineering with a specialization in Energy Systems and Thermal Processes.

In 2010, Giacomo moved on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Process Integration (Energy Engineering) at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. Giacomo Filippo successfully completed their Ph.D. program in 2013.

Additionally, Giacomo Filippo Porzio has had a Visiting Ph.D. experience at The University of Manchester in 2012, which provided him with further opportunities to expand their knowledge in Process Integration.
