Randy Taylor has a diverse and extensive work history spanning several leadership positions in the telecommunications and financial industries. Randy began their career at AT&T in 2004 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully drove market penetration and revenue growth through a solution sales approach. Randy was later promoted to Director of Sales, leading a team of regional managers and sales professionals in strategies to grow a $500M market in North Texas.

In 2015, Randy Taylor was promoted to Area Vice President at AT&T, where they were responsible for spearheading the improvement and expansion of a declining $1B market. Randy achieved double-digit year-over-year growth through sales in cybersecurity, enterprise networking, applications, and 5G customer trials. Randy also led the turnaround and development of a $1B market in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, delivering the highest consecutive year-over-year increase in strategic/security/cloud revenue.

In 2018, Randy Taylor joined Capital One as a Market Vice President, tasked with building and leading an enterprise expansion market for a $30B FinTech. Randy was responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a regional acquisition sales team, driving revenue growth through a cloud-based Commercial Card Platform.

Currently, Randy Taylor serves as the Vice President of Sales Planning at Hyosung Innovue, where they are a trusted partner to the senior business leadership team. Randy supports corporate strategy and development and is charged with developing and recommending organizational strategic and long-range goals to drive growth and profitability.
