Roger Hanna

Roger Hanna has extensive experience in IT management and system administration. Roger currently works at Hyosung America as an IT Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior System Administrator at both Hyosung America and EVO Payments, Inc. Roger also worked as a Monitoring Systems Engineer at Alcon, a Senior System Engineer at Galderma Laboratories, L.P., an End User Engineer at Vistra Energy, and a Citrix Administrator at BNSF Railway. Additionally, they served as a Systems Engineer at Highgate Hotels and a Desktop Engineering Team Lead at BNSF Railway. Roger started their career at Ulterra Drilling Technologies L.P. as a Network Analyst II. In their various roles, Roger has demonstrated skills in patch management, system administration, network analysis, and user support.

Roger Hanna obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in EET (Electrical Engineering Technology) from ITT Technical Institute, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including being a LogicMonitor Certified Professional from LogicMonitor, certified in 2020. Roger is also MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certified in Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, obtained in 2018, and holds an MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certification in Windows Server 2016, obtained in 2017.
