Meg Molloy

Co-Founder & CFO at Hypatia Project

Meg Molloy is Co-Founder and Chief of Financial Operations at Hypatia. She is responsible for managing Hypatia’s program management office for government infrastructure programs and technology projects. Meg has 18 years of experience in accounting, project finance and resource allocation for government contracts, technology ventures and commercial real estate portfolios. At Hypatia, she works with engineering and design teams to determine scope for projects, assessing and mitigating interdependent risks to deliver projects successfully. Meg serves on the Board of Directors for corporate and educational non-profit organizations, and she graduated cum laude from St. Mary’s College at Notre Dame, Indiana with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Meg has specialized expertise in the unique requirements of government contracts, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), cybersecurity standards and military supply chain risk management protocols. Meg holds Top Secret Security Clearance, and she is a member of the D.C. Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In the mission technology sector, Meg has managed Hypatia’s programs with the U.S. Department of Commerce National Technical Information Service (NTIS), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) of the U.S Centers for Disease Control (CDC); the Oncology Center of Excellence (OCE) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) of U.S. Department of Defense (DOD).
