Matt Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt started their career as an IT Instructor at RCH Technical Institute in 1999 and then moved on to Microsoft, where they worked as a Software Test Engineer, responsible for quality assurance of MSN Instant Messenger and .NET Alerts products.

In 2005, Matt joined Avanade as an IT Consultant and played a crucial role in designing and building a software test lab for virtual server cloud deployment testing. Matt also developed deployment automation tools and processes, leading to significant time-saving efficiencies.

Matt's next role was as an IT Instructor at Technology Access Foundation, where they developed curriculum and taught computer science to high school students.
