Jason Cox

Jason Cox is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in peer support and community engagement within the substance use disorder and mental health fields. As the Owner of Passion & Purpose LLC since May 2024, Jason focuses on delivering peer support, advocacy, and person-centered services. Currently serving as the Peer Services Coordinator at HYPE Counseling Services, Jason ensures high-quality peer support services for individuals in recovery. Previous roles include Housing Coordinator at Atlantic Outreach Group, Inc., and various positions at SAARA of Virginia, including CPRS Project Recover and Peer Outreach Coordinator, where Jason contributed to initiatives tackling the overdose epidemic. Jason holds a high school diploma from Colonial Forge High School and has pursued further education at Virginia Commonwealth University.
