Kevin Jahn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kevin is currently working as a Consultant and Account Manager at HYPE Innovation, where they provide strategic advice to new and existing clients on building, relaunching, and expanding their corporate suggestion systems and innovation management. Kevin also gained internship experience in Quality Management at E.ON, researching quality certification requirements and providing strategic proposals to the management.

Before their internships, Kevin worked as a Bank Clerk at Kreissparkasse Köln, where they advised customers on daily banking activities, stocks, mortgages, loans, insurance, retirement plans, and savings. Kevin also handled customer complaints and problem-solving on-site at the third-largest savings bank in Germany.

Kevin Jahn began their education in 2007 at Kaufmännisches Berufskolleg Oberberg where they earned their degree in Bankkaufmann, specializing in Bank-, Unternehmens-, Finanz- und Wertpapierrecht. Kevin then continued their studies at Fachhochschule Lübeck from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Betriebsmanagement und -verwaltung. Most recently, from 2017 to 2019, Jahn pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Sustainability at the University of Cumbria.
