Corey Banks is a seasoned professional in the music and media industries with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a contributing writer for Hype Magazine since January 2014, Corey has also been an on-air personality and board member for WWRN Digital Broadcasting Network since December 2013. As the host and creator of the exclusive "#HoffaAtchaIKEBoy" Radio Show, Corey engages artists in insightful discussions. In a leadership capacity, Corey founded and serves as Chairman and CEO of #IKEBoy Music Group LLC and SLAP by #IKEGirl Clothing & Apparel. With a background in music publishing as the owner of Corey Drumz Music Publishing Company and experience in content management from a previous role at Swurv Radio, Corey is also an accomplished songwriter for both hip-hop and R&B. Educational background includes studies in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and a diploma from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School.
