Maximilian Conrad has held a variety of roles since 2007. Maximilian began their career as an International Management Trainee at BP in 2007. In 2011, they became an Assistant to the Professors at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics. In 2012, they took on the role of Marketing Assistant at Dümmen GmbH. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Brandzeichen Markenberatung und Kommunikation GmbH as an Account Director. During their time there, they developed communication strategies, co-created digital marketing campaigns, designed new business strategies, managed celebrity accounts, managed client budgets, and led account teams. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at L'Oréal in various roles, including Senior E-Commerce Acceleration Manager, Senior Cooperation & Key Account Manager, Head of Business Development (interim), Senior Business Development Manager, and Retail Development Manager. In 2021, they became Managing Director & Owner at Eastfield Capital and Co-Founder & CEO at Hype1000. Additionally, they have been a Lecturer at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management since 2021 and a Podcast Host, Producer, and Author since 2017.
Maximilian Conrad has a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2007 to 2010. Maximilian also studied abroad at University of Cape Town for an Auslandssemester with a focus on Marketing in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Google My Business Basics, Google Zukunftswerkstatt, Channel Management and Retailing from IE Business School, Essentials of Digital Marketing - Fast track from L'Oréal, Google Ads-Zertifizierung für Displaywerbung, and Digital Sales Certification from Google.
