Janet Lau

Janet Lau has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Janet most recently worked at HYPEBEAST, where they held the positions of Legal Director, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel from 2019 to present. Prior to that, they worked at KIABI as a Regional Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel (ITFAS) from 2015 to 2019. Janet also worked at UGL Rail Services Pty Limited (UGL Group) as a Commercial Manager and Commercial Officer from 2012 to 2015. Janet began their legal career as an Assistant Solicitor at Danny Lau & Co., Solicitors in 2012.

Janet Lau pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Sociology from UNSW from 2003 to 2006. After that, they attended CityU School of Law from 2006 to 2008, where they completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law. Finally, in 2008-2009, they furthered their legal education at CityU School of Law, obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) degree.
