Aashni Shah

Aashni Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur and software engineer with extensive experience in founding and leading tech-driven initiatives aimed at social impact and personal empowerment. As the Founder and CEO of HypeDocs since October 2022, Aashni has focused on helping individuals track personal achievements and combat imposter syndrome. Prior to this, Aashni founded MIDO, a platform for secure document management, and served as CEO at Elixir Labs Inc., where partnerships included projects supporting women's empowerment in Kenya and social justice in Jamaica. Aashni's background in software engineering includes roles at Square and Microsoft, where contributions involved technical solutions and project management. Aashni also demonstrated leadership as the founder of UofTHacks and as President of the Computer Science Student Union at the University of Toronto, where a degree in Computer Science was earned.
