Alexandra Kuzminova

Alexandra Kuzminova has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Alexandra began their career at GroupM in 2010 as a Group Communication Manager and worked there until 2014. Alexandra then joined Maxus Global as an HR Director and held that position until 2018. Alexandra then took on the role of Head of People and Culture at Wavemaker from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at HypeFactory.

Alexandra Kuzminova began their education at 1287 Moscow State School from 1996 to 2003. Alexandra then pursued a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree with a specialization in Advertising at Auckland University of Technology from 2005 to 2008. In 2007, they also attended International College Group for a foundation program. Later, in 2014-2015, Alexandra enrolled at Momentum WPP to pursue a leadership program, which was their most recent educational experience.
