Carlos Lei Santos

Carlos Lei Santos has a long history of work experience. In 2007, they began working as an IT Manager for Simbolo II, Lda. In 2015, they co-founded and became the CEO of UpLink (formerly HypeLabs), a company that connects any application or device through mesh networks, located in San Francisco and Porto, Portugal. In 2017, they were nominated and recognized by EU Top50 as a 'Top Entrepreneur' in Europe and took on the roles of Innovation Leader and EU Top50 Founder.

Carlos Lei Santos attended the Universidade do Porto from 2011 to 2014, studying Computer Science. In 2016, they attended AngelPad. In 2020, they attended the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, where they completed the China Start Executive Program in International Business.
