Isabel Pinto

Isabel Pinto has a long and varied work experience. Isabel began their career at Mateace, S.A. in 2004 as Quality, Environmental and Safety Manager/Marketing, where they managed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 certifications and was responsible for the company's certifications, newsletter, website, and brochures. In 2010, they moved to Evoleo Technologies, Lda as Quality Assurance/Marketing/Administrative and Financial Manager. In this role, they were responsible for non-conformities and complaints, document management, project management, planning and cost control, product assurance, and requirements analysis and compliance. Isabel was also responsible for the company's corporate image, marketing plan, and customer service management. In 2016, they joined Memorygnition, Unipessoal Lda as Co-Founder and was responsible for marketing, financial and administrative management. The same year, they also joined Streambolico as Operations Manager. In 2018, they moved to Codavel as Head of Operations, where they were responsible for HR, shareholders, legal and financial tasks, and oversaw the merger of Streambolico into Codavel. In 2022, they joined UpLink as Head of Operations and Operations Manager and Infraspeak as Source of Good Life.

Isabel Pinto's education history includes a Master's degree in Marketing from FEP U. Porto - Economics and Management, obtained between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Post-Graduation in Quality Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto between 2006 and 2007. Isabel also holds a Licentiate degree in Marketing from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, obtained between 2002 and 2004, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution, obtained between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, Isabel has obtained several certifications, including "ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transitions" from ICAgile, "Lean Change Management - AGILE EXPLORER" from Lean Change Management Association, "Change Agility Book Worm" from Lean Change Management Association, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR" from ICAgile, "ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading with Agility" from ICAgile, "SheCodes 6.0" from Isabel Codes, and "CPP - Pedagogical and Competencies Certificate" from IEFP.
